2/10 Discovery Principle: Value matters the most

Nothing is easy in product discovery and a lot of efforts must be put into ensuring what is built is valuable, usable, feasible and viable.

It's possible though to temporarily live with usability minor technical issues when we focus on early adopters for example. An organization may be OK to support high operational costs while the product is scaling within a new market to be come viable.

But there is no shortcut for value. As long as the team doesn't deliver at least some core value, there are no outcomes to hope for. This is why teams must be ready to spend most of their discovery time on value.
