OKRs Tips 1/10 - Involve UX & Design in your OKRs definition & strategy
Design can make all the difference to successfully using OKRs. Why? Because they can bring their deep customer knowledge to the table. What behaviours do customers have? What are we trying to achieve from a customer behavioural change perspective? That's probably a tremendous key result!
Once the key results are defined, the team will dive into product discovery and the problem space, making sure the designers perfectly understand and own the OKRs will help them deliver more value faster.
