Explain at the beginning of your meeting/interaction that you'll be seeking feedback at the end to improve so you'll end the discussion a couple of minutes before the actual end.
Don't worry if people don't know what to say at the beginning. Make sure first it never takes more than 5 mins, everybody will get better by doing ROTIs again and again over time.
Encourage your teammates to do it too. It's great for the entire team to generate tens of valuable insights on a weekly basis to improve.
